ZY5RF24-M4 I/Q Mixer Module
Standardized I/Q mixer series modules, the product has the characteristics of large dynamic range, low frequency conversion loss, small volume, good dual consistency, wide frequency coverage and so on. Double balanced mixer chip is used inside, local oscillator single port and RF port can be reciprocal and easy for users to use. This series of products is a functional extension of the standard mixer, for a series of radar receiver development module. It is widely used in various radar systems.
According to the specific application background and index requirement, the modules can be integrated with multiple up and down conversion channels, digital (voltage) controlled Attenuator, various forms of frequency synthesizer, low noise receiving front end, frequency doubling module, all kinds of power amplifier units and AGC and other functional modules, which can be customized according to the specific index of the user.
